"I went there just over a month ago and was really impressed - was driving passed and just popped in.. really glad i did. Bought an Astra and love it, was there chatting to the sales guy for an hour or so, made me feel really welcome. Traded in my old car and got a good value for it which meant I didnt have to mess about selling it privately to get the best price and then go and buy the car I wanted.. I've had no problems with the car at all! Would definitely recommend them to a friend or family!"

"When I spotted a sporty convertible on Waterfront's website, I never thought I'd actually be able to have it, but the boys at Waterfront made it happen.I was offered a very reasonable finance deal even a broke student midwife like myself can afford, and Simon was very patient in going through all the paperwork with me.My car looked beautiful, polished and buffed to perfection,I'll be picking it up hopefully tomorrow and cant wait!Cant recommend these guys enough, exceptional service and cars and a friendly,non-pressured atmosphere.Cannot relate my experience to any of the negative reviews.happy car-shopping guaranteed :D"

"I bought my current car, a BMW 5 series from Waterfront and they offered me a great deal and spent a lot of time going through various options with no pressure on me. I also get my car serviced and MOT'd there and they can't be beaten on value and quality. Highly recommended."

" I recently purchased a ford Focus diesel. It was a soft sale approach by my sales representative and after sleeping on it I went ahead. There was no pressure at all which I really appreciated and as a result will recommend this dealership to everyone. Just after taking delivery I had a minor issue which to my joy was rectified straight away and I had the use of a coutesy car while the work was carried out. (at no expense to me). Thank you Waterfront Cars- Good job!!"

"I part exchanged my old car, Waterfront dealt with the exchange quickly and efficiently. Since then they've serviced vehicle at a very reasonable price, letting me use their courtesy car whilst waiting for mine. The purchase was based upon their recommendation and experience, thus saving me money in the long run on fuel and general running costs. Their experience as car enthusiasts is obvious! The place is very friendly, and the new service centre looks great. I have recommended to many others and will continue to do so."

"I went to Waterfront cars with an idea, and that was to get a decent exchange for my motor, price was great and the staff were friendly. Ended up with a good exchange offer and walked away with what I thought was money saved. Happy over all! Thanks again!"

"Divorced and single, I have never undertaken spending that much money on my own before. I could not fault the boys at Waterfront Cars. They were so patient with me and went over everything with me. And I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you boys and will be back in a few years when I need a new car again."

"A friend recommended these guys to me a little while ago so thought I would give them a go. Having bought a car direct from a faceless dealership before, it was nice to receive such a warm welcome without feeling pressured into a purchase. Helpful, knowledgable staff."

"I have been reading through the reviews posted to this site and it does not appear to reflect the experience I had at all. My Wife and I both bought cars from Waterfront and neither of us could fault the service we received. In all we must have spent a good couple of hours, each, test driving 5 or 6 vehicles before we finally made a decision. The salesman was patient, polite and respectfully distant when we just needed time to do discuss amongst ourselves whilst remaining on hand to answer any queries we had. Neither my wife or I felt pushed or cajoled into making snap decisions and we weren't Treated to that hostile negotiation technique I have had at other garages in the past (Where the salesman is always trapesing back and forth to the faceless character in the back office who is supposedly the one who can finally decide the agreed price but who never actually ventures out just to sit in front of you) I took out Finance on one vehicle and the costs/repayment time etc were fully explained without issue. I was given ample time to ensure I was fully aware of the ups and more importantly the potential downs of financing. The cars were picked up two days later having been serviced and valeted. Importantly it is the aftercare that seems to come up on these reviews and there I can say I believe that Waterfront excel. Unlike other reviewers my own view is that there is no such thing as a faultless vehicle, even New cars have to be returned sometimes but it is the measure of the garage to action any issues as expediently as possible that generates the Service score in this review. For our part one vehicle started to pool some water in the back passenger foot well (something not noticed until the severe weather set in and outside the 6 month non quibble guarantee issued at the point of sale). One phone call later and the car was booked in. I can't pretend to know much about what the actual problem was but even though the guarantee had expired Waterfront dealt with my niggle and re-valeted the car with no charge. In summary I was very pleased with the service (and this may seem like a sexist comment but perhaps take it as just my wife's perspective rather than all women) She felt comfortable asking questions without it feeling like she was in a boys club. We would recomend Waterfront - indeed we already have to our friends"
